Job Description

· Organize, control, review sales operations in commercial, wholesale and retail organizations

· Manage sales operations at all levels in the organization

· Establish sales practices and procedures within the company

· Establish strategies and tactics for new products launched

· Manage sales contract negotiations and lead the sales team in developing partnerships with business clients

· Plan and execute trade promotion expense for the company

· Hire and train staff

· Evaluate efficiency and ROI for all promotions

· Associate with marketing division to frame marketing messages for the organization

· Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales material

Job Requirements:
Languages:: English

Education:: Bachelor's degree

Experience::2 years to less than 3 years

Ability to Supervise:: 5-10 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:: Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Tight deadlines
