Job Description

• Designing and implementing business operations.
• Analyze present staffing requirements and design advertisements, posts and keep and review applications received
• Explain job applicants on requirements, terms, and conditions of the position/ vacancy
• Contact applicant who meet the requirements for interview
• Enroll college, university, and other educational institutions for recruitment purposes
• Assist in selecting and evaluating candidates with the designated authority/person
• Update applicants with the results after the entire selection process
• Make job offers/contracts
• Guide managers or employees on staffing approach
• Conduct staff consultation and handle grievance procedures
• Settle disputes and synchronize termination process of employment
• Organize training of staff and updates on assistance of employee and counselling

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

2 years to less than 3 years
