We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager (NOC 10019) to supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. The Administration Manager is an integral part of the team, supporting the RC team and is responsible for coordinating functional office management of Raymond Chin Professional Real Estate Corporation. Day to day activities include office administrative management, evaluating and managing the company’s processes and systems, providing input for the marketing of the company’s services, and overseeing client development activities within the office.
With a focus on maintaining and growing the current thriving culture where people can reach their full potential in an engaged, supportive environment, the Administration Manager is well versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. Leading and motivating others to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team is a priority in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Set policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff
- Access staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expensed to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Qualifications:
· BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field;
· Proven experience as Administration Manager;
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
· A team player with leadership skills;
· Proficient MS Office.
