Instant Insulation Ltd. is a construction company located at 9628, 131 street, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We are currently hiring for one Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent
Wages: $27.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
Start date: as soon as possible.
Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education is required.
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years is required.
• Language: English
Job duties:
• Compare monthly reports and supplier invoices for construction materials and report the result to Construction Manager
• Check weekly and monthly reports of labor and material costs
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services for job projects.
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Train office support staff.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS OFFICE, SPREADSHEET.
