POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Office Manager
Position Available: 1

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $45.5-$46.5 per hour

Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
• Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum office efficiency.
• Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.
• Supervise administrative staff by communicating expectations, evaluating performance, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
• Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Set budgets, and monitor spending, and other expenses.
• Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, workshops, orientations, and training sessions.
• Coordinate the purchase of supplies, equipment, and forms, and approve invoices.
• Manage, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
• Prepare reports to senior management.


Requirements:
• At least a college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field.
• Minimum 2 years of responsibility in business administration or other related fields. Professional experience in supervisory/managerial positions is an asset.
• Knowledge of MS word, excel, and PowerPoint
• An analytic mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
