Specific Skills required:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, food, or beverage service.
• Recruit staff and supervise staff training.
• Organize staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Settle arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Job Requirements:
• Secondary Education is required
• Language-English
• 1-2 years of experience
