Job duties:

1.Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within Swiss Chalet.
2.Create and implement financial strategies, policies and plans within Swiss Chalet.
3.Manage Swiss Chalet's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
4.Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
5.Review financial reports and forecasts to help plan for the short-term financial needs and long-term financial goals of an organization.
6.Review, process and post payroll journal entries.
7.Analyse the market trends and competitors to expand the company opportunities.
8.Presenting financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients.
9.Predicting future financial trends and act accordingly.
10.Build and keep a solid relationship with shareholders and investors and external financial analysts if needed.
11.Hire, supervise and train employees in the financial team.


Qualifications:
a.Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
b.5+ years relevant work experience in finance
c.2+ years relevant work experience in similar position
d.Understanding of confidentiality
e.Strong attention to detail
f.Ability to manage multiple projects
g.Ability to solve complex issues
