Metropolitan Condominium Corporation is looking for skilled and qualified Building Superintendants who are organized, relaible, service-oriented, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work flexible hours including on-call requirements. Candidates will be expected to perform regular inspections of the site on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual basis with the use of checklists, online tools, or other methods, as prescribed by the Condominium Manager. Reporting to the Condominium Manager any significant repair or service issues with common elements, amenities, or equipment. Supervision of all on-site trades providing services to the Corporation.

Responsibilities/Tasks
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty trash cans and other waste containers,
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs, Perform safety and security checks, Supervise other workers, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
