Specific Skills required:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and integrate the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
• Evaluate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Instruct and train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints or Concerns
Job Requirements:
• Secondary education required
• Language-English
• 1-2 Years of experience required
