Education Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to use Microsoft applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint
• Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is an asset
Experience required:
• 1 to less than 2 years in roofing and construction related work (supervisory)
• Ability to budget and supervise staff

Main Duties:
1. Prepare production and other reports
2. Supervise workers and projects
3. Co-ordinate and schedule activities
4. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
5. Train or arrange for training
6. Operate CADD and other computer software systems
7. Estimate costs and materials
8. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
9. Recommend personnel actions
10. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
11. Leading/instructing individuals
