Job Description:
We are looking for two night alarm system dispatchers
Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
Experience not required but is an asset
Duties:
The worker will perform the following job duties:
Ensure proper functioning of equipment
Maintain work records and logs
Monitor personnel and locations
Provide customer service
Dispatch personnel according to schedules and orders
Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
Follow-up on issues with orders
Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
Operate radio equipment
Receive requests for emergency assistance or service
Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of workers
