Job Duties:
• Welcome customers.
• Processing payments for the commodities through interact, credit card, cash or debit
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Processing returns and exchanges.
• Promoting sales and events.
• Memorizing various product codes from the store.
• Handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain consistency in providing excellent customer service.
• Receiving and maintaining stock.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff and other departments.
• Maintaining a positive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
