Job Description:
As a Sales Officer at Jenik Services Inc, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive freight and logistics services to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into loyal customers through effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our freight and logistics services, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.
Qualifications:
College, CEGP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience. Experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
