Job Description:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment, manage supplies, and coordinate office maintenance.
Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, handle communications, prepare documents, and manage filing systems.
Data Management: Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Visitor and Client Relations: Greet visitors and clients professionally and manage sign-ins.
Support Team Projects: Collaborate on special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently and assist in calendar management.
Compliance and Documentation: Maintain compliance with policies, handle documentation, and filing.
Qualifications:
College, CEGP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience. Experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
