Job duties:
• Set up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment;
• Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking;
• Cook different dishes as ordered by customers
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen;
• Supervise kitchen operations
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Order supplies and equipment
• Check quality of ingredients and monitor stock.
• Assist others in the kitchen when necessary
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college, apprenticeship, or other program in cooking or food safety OR 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
