Due to the urgent business development needs, we are seeking a professional Information Technology Specialist with strong business optimization background to join our team.
Major duties:
-Establish the Information Technology strategies to optimize the performance of the company’s online platform.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement technological solutions accordingly.
-Evaluate and optimize the B2C business model, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Monitor the performance of the mobile app and associated systems, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal functionality.
-Ensure that the mobile app software is up-to-date with the latest features and security patches.
-Test and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
-Identify opportunities for system integration to streamline business processes.
-Utilize data analytics tools to analyze customer behavior and preferences.
-Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies, product offerings, and overall business performance.
-Ensure the security of customer data and transactions through the implementation of robust security measures.
-Implement or optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements for ongoing optimization.
-Other related duties.
Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
-At least three years’ proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role with a focus on business optimization
-Good knowledge of SAP and IT project management, SAP implementation or module operation experience is a plus.
-Proficient in programming languages and technologies relevant to e-commerce and business optimization.
-Familiarity with database management systems, system integration, and e-commerce platforms
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
-Experience using data analytics tools and platforms.
-In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for protecting customer data.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
-Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and respond effectively to changing requirements.
