Business Management Consultant
Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $45.00-50.00 per hour
Vacation: 4% paid vacation or two weeks vacation days

Job Summary:
Our company is currently in a state of growth and development. In this process, we are in urgent need of an experienced employee with business management planning to provide guidance for our business reform strategy and development. As we face an increase in employees and business volume after our future expansion, an employee with experience in organization development and human resource management is important.
Responsibilities:
• Provide professions in the delivery and execution of all phases of organization development from initiation to closure, managing timelines, budget, and scope for multiple concurrent projects with measurable and achievable objectives
• Study and develop a comprehensive management enablement strategy that aligns with scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risks with ongoing monitoring of project execution for any deviations from the plan, invoking corrective action and contingency plans where necessary
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the human resources strategy and plans, including readiness, knowledge transition, organizational design, risk mitigation, impact assessments, stakeholder management, communication and talent training, performance metrics, and sustainability
• Propose integrated solutions for existing client management
• Planning strategic plans for developing target customers and Evaluating improvements to management systems and processes in operations, human resources, etc.
• Understand and train employees to implement corporate ethics
• Lead the planning and formation of new teams, submit team formation reports, and complete training programs
• Supervise new employees in implementing employee responsibilities and
• Training new stuff
• Maintain and develop relationships with major clients
• May play a role in human resource management duties on a daily basis
Qualifications:
• Completion of a bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, or a related discipline is required
• A minimum of three-year experience in business management consulting and one year of experience in a related industry; previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Excellent English language ability is required
• Strong leadership skills
• Outstanding industry analysis and insight
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Needs to have a strong personality and communication style
