JOB Duties:
-Arrange and organize workstations by stocking essential supplies;
-Craft a variety of Italian dishes and food items in adherence to recipes;
-Execute food preparation for service;
-The ability to operate the grill, oven, and stove efficiently
-Skillfully cook and sauté a diverse range of pasta and sauces;
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and workspaces;
-Adhere to proper food handling procedures, emphasizing Food Safety standards;
-Coordinate to ensure timely and high-quality production of dishes;
-Promote positive and professional communication with colleagues and customers;
-Demonstrate keen attention to detail in a bustling, high-volume kitchen environment;
REQUIREMENTS:
-High-School preferred;
-A minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or an equivalent credential;
-Adaptable to fast-paced environments;
