Job duties:
· Assist in organizing, managing, and assessing the activities of departments or businesses involved in retail and wholesale sales.
· Organize personnel and delegate tasks.
· Organize personnel needs, such as hiring, training, and retaining employees.
· Evaluate, improve, and address purchases, and keep an eye on income.
· Evaluate market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potentials, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitor’s operations on sales.
· Improve and address consumer concerns and requests in order to provide better customer services.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary education or diploma is required.
· 2-3 years of previous retail or wholesale sales experience required.
Terms of employment:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Wages: $ 37.90 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
