Duties:
Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing business systems analysis, process mapping, system improvement, strategic decision making, system integration, business documentation, process automation and artificial intelligence. Instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency, cost reduction, business growth and profitability by identifying gaps in existing systems and processes
Responsibilities:
Business systems analysis: Conduct supply chain systems analysis, find opportunities for improvement, and develop process maps, documentations and strategy to attain business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, implementation and maintenance.
Automation and AI: Improve performance and efficiency though supply chain process robotic process automation and system integration with internal as well as external platforms. Lead the AI initiative of enhancing customer service response systems using Open AI services.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop data collection tools and methodologies for various automations, establish success KPIs, and review periodically with stakeholders to find new improvement opportunities and value proposition.
Process Optimization: Streamline data maintenance processes by identifying opportunities for automation, data standardization, and process improvements.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement data management solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Information Technology, Supply Chain Customer Service, Business Optimization, and Operations to understand business requirements and ensure seamless data flow. Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement new and enhanced business solutions and address any system or process related challenges.
Change Management: Lead new cross functional continuous improvement projects within supply chain, develop documentation, review business readiness, and conduct trainings, testing and implementation
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of system improvement analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and opportunities for skill development.

Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Business System Analysis and Process Improvement
• 2+ years of experience in process automation, advanced macros, and Blueworks process mapping and gap analysis
• 2+ years of experience in API integration and testing with oracle OTM, Service Cloud and EBS
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management platforms – Retail Link, One Network
• Expertise in data analysis using MySQL and Advanced Excel, data visualization using PowerBI, and Oracle OACS, and scripting languages preferably Python
• End to end understanding of Supply Chain Customer Service domain around order to cash, scheduling, tracking, fulfillment, service level, lead time, and fines.
• Analytical mindset to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for existing systems and automations to drive data-driven decision making
• Cross functional experience working with supply chain business and information technology teams relating to continuous development and improvement of required documentation
• Industry knowledge and experience in lean six sigma methodology and implementation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Certification in RPA development in Automation Anywhere and lean six sigma
