Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week
Compensation: $25/hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times per hour exceeding 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Job Duties:
. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the motel staff member.
. Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate the performance of the
employees.
. Provide training to the employees in job duties, company policies, quality service
standards, and safety procedures.
. Requisition, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels.
. Ensure smooth operations of computer system, equipment, and machinery, and
arrange for maintenance and repair work.
. Assess daily workflow efficiency and ensure standards of quality are met.
. Make sure every customer receives excellent service from the staff and resolve customer complaints.
. Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
Requirements:
. Education: Completion of secondary school
. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related field
. Language: English
