Indian Fusion Bistro & Billiards is a food establishment with added facilities of billiards and sports. We are offering meat and vegetable options along with Rice, Desserts, and Speciality Indian ethnic food items. Our cuisine specialty is Indian and Pakistani flavors, spices, and taste. The work location would be 24 Mallard Drive Sackville, New Brunswick, E4L 4C3, Canada.
We are looking for 2 cooks for Indian / Pakistani foods at our location.
Experience of over 6 months may be required. Minimum educational requirement may be high school.
The cook shall ideally know general cooking regarding vegetable curries, soups, tea, etc. But the following will be required from the cooks as below:
For Tandoori Cook, the Candidate should have basic skills to cook Tandoori items including Naan, and chicken tikka, Malai Boti, wings, tandoori chicken, green / Haryali chicken, and Paneer tikka
For Curry cook, the Candidate should have basic skills to cook Chicken Karahi, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Achari, Vegetable curries, Lamb Curries, Roti and Paratha cooking
Candidate is required to perform following responsibilities.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Clean kitchen and work areas.
Vacations are 10 working days per annum. The job may require extended / late hours work, including weekends. Schedules will be provided in advance.
Please note that the work conditions are fast paced and may required extending sitting, bending and standing. Candidate should demonstrate dependability, reliability and team player approach. .
