Job Description
Duties:
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
Prepare bank deposits, keep track of overdue accounts and reconcile bank accounts
Issue invoices to customers
Manage account payable, account receivable and process payroll for staff
Manage payment of utility and other bills
Record cash receipts
conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
Maintain an orderly accounting filling system
Maintain the chart of accounts
Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Experience:
Candidate should have a diploma in accounting/ Bookkeeping or business administration or equivalent several years of experience
