2-3 years experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting preferred
Minimum College Education
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the restaurant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile daily sales, expenses, and banking transactions for the restaurant.
• Monitor and process invoices, payments, and vendor statements related to restaurant supplies and services.
• Assist in payroll processing and maintain payroll records for restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to prepare financial reports, budgets, statistics and forecasts for the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations.
