Job Duties
• Maintain financial records and balance accounts using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel along with other used applications for our clients
• Ensure timely processing of payroll, ROEs and T4s for our corporate/ small business clients
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports including but not limited to monthly transactions, settlements, trial balances, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms and other government documents
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a Post-secondary Degree/ Diploma in a related field is required.
• Any bookkeeping/ accounting/ banking or related experience of at least 1 year is required
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and planning skills
• Skillful Communicator

Salary: $27.75/ hour
