As a Manager, you will be responsible to:
• Setting up the vision and strategy for growth for the company's operations;
• Establishing standards and protocols for service delivery and consistent performance for staff;
• Managing the operations of the company and coordinating its operational, commercial, and financial strategies;
• Monitoring financial activities, maintaining cash flow, and controlling expenses;
• Monitoring the reports on the daily numbers of customers, revenue and costs, and evaluating employee performance;
• Ensuring the business activities are in compliance with Health and Safety, as well as other regulations and rules applicable to the salon operations;
• Determining promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to grow brand recognition in and beyond the Etobicoke community in Ontario.
