2717922 Ontario Inc. O/a Oakville Mitsubishi requires Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC: 62010) on a full-time, permanent basis to start asap in Oakville Mitsubishi, ON.
Salary: Between $22.00 – 23.00 CAD/ Hour (based on experience)
Work location: 1450 Speers Road, Oakville, Ontario, L6L 2X6
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: Minimum 1year Supervisory experience in (Motor Vehicle Facility - New and pre-owned vehicle dealership service)
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Must be familiar with the Supervision of employees, new and used vehicles sales, marketing strategy etc.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
