Salary: $48.50 per hour
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience related field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Job Duties include:
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
• Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Assuring direct quality control of the products
• Hire, supervise, and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
• Organize and maintain inventories of goods and services
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work
• Plan and manage the establishment of a departmental budget
• Manage, direct, control, organize, evaluate, and plan the day-to-day activities of the company
