Pacific Valley Enterprises Inc. Located at Unit 103, 19162 22 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 3S6, is looking for 1 full time Operational Officer Administration to join their team asap.
Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures of the company.
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate and plan for all the office services that includes relocation, equipment, maintenance etc.
• Oversee and coordinate administrative operations related to management, planning & organizing.
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the related field is required.
Terms of Employment: -
Wages: - $31.00 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
