Main Job Duties:
• Direct, design, and implement sales plans in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner in order to achieve objectives for the company
• Devising sales strategies based on observed market trends
• Supervising the conceptualization and execution of effective marketing strategies, plans, and briefs in order to give additional ideas to the managers and other staff
• Allocate and manage sales & marketing budget
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met
• Lead and manage a team including managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Represent your company during internal meetings or events and convey information, such as goals or policies, to external stakeholders.
