Position Overview:
As a Customer Service and Records Coordinator - Healthcare Administration at Daniels Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare services team in maintaining meticulous records, updating databases, and performing other administrative duties in accordance with established procedures. Daniels Health is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service in medical waste management, contributing to safety and infection risk reduction in healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your 2+ years of administrative experience within the healthcare industry to efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain ministry records both digitally and via hard copy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Execute some accounting tasks, including payment processing.
• Constantly seek opportunities to enhance and improve existing administrative processes.
• Prepare, input, revise, and meticulously proofread various documents, including correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports, derived from machine dictation and handwritten materials.
• Manage incoming regular and electronic mail, and other materials, ensuring proper distribution. Coordinate information flow internally and with external departments and organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, telephone and electronic inquiries, and relay calls and messages promptly.
• Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems to organize information effectively.
• Devise and implement office procedures to streamline workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
• Coordinate and organize conferences, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
This position requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic healthcare service environment.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of administrative experience within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) or 2+ years of experience handling Ministry of Environment reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce with 2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring work quality and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced computing skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite or related tools.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• No specific level of education is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
