Duties include taking orders and serving customers, washing dishes, cleaning equipment and tables etc., slicing food, washing food, wash work areas, using electric and manual appliances, portion, assemble and wrap food, package take-out food, stock shelves and refrigerators, keep records of food quantities and paper goods, receive customer payments and issue change as needed, remove trash and flatten boxes, sweep and mop floors.
