Job Title: Operation Manager (NOC 00014)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent full-time

Wages: $62/hour
Job duties:
• Monitor the daily operation process, evaluating and approving budgeted profitability
• Handling daily sales analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long term strategy
• Setting budgets and ensuring costs remain under company productivity target
• Provide direct oversight and supervision of trade production
• Supervise the company’s supply chain and inventory
• Lead, motivate and support the Human Resources team with recruitment
• Heavy involvement in the company’s planning, policy and strategic decisions
• Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory documents are filed to guarantee compliance with the relevant authorities
• Development, implementation, and review of new policies and procedures
• Examine the company’s financial data and use your findings to improve profitability
• Responsible for improve company’s level of customer service
Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of a college or university program
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in the field are required.
