Responsibilities:
Implement operational procedures according to hospitality standards and food beverage
services and within the budget
Plan and direct the services and operations of the establishment
Plan and price menu items as needed
Manage the restaurant's account
Perform the audit, balancing cash and sales
Respond and solve problems from the customer's complaints
Cultivate positive relationships within the team, customers and suppliers
Hire, schedule and manage staff
Conduct regular employee performance reviews
Facilitate a consistent orientation process
Maintain accurate records related to labor sheets
Assist in developing of the company’s goals and action plans
Manage and control inventory, place product orders, and receive deliveries
Participate in all relevant meetings as required.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school.
Completion of post-secondary education related to hospitality or food and beverage
service management
Minimum of five years of professional management experience in the hospitality or
restaurant industry.
Prepared to enter responsible service certification programs if needed
Available to work the day, afternoon, weekend shifts, and overtime if needed.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
