Located on the historical Whitecap Dakota Nation lands at the heights of the South Saskatchewan River Valley Basin, Dakota Dunes Golf Links opened to the public April 30th, 2004. This 18-hole, full service, natural masterpiece is the provinces only complete Graham Cooke, Cooke-Carleton designed golf property.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The server provides guests with a quality resto-lounge experience by greeting guests in a friendly manner, telling them about daily specials, and creating a memorable guest experience.

SUMMARY:
The clubhouse server sets up assigned tables, retrieves and serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to clubhouse specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently, maintains and cleans up the restaurant area according to the brands guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate POS system, cash handling, and debit/credit transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the work areas and equipment according to clubhouse standards.
Ensure that all amenities, food and beverages are always available to guests, according to standards.
Responsible for knowing prices of menu items.
Performs wait and service standards in a timely manner.
Checks identification of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age.
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures.
Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating when necessary.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
Always maintain positive guest relations.
Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such.
Be familiar with all clubhouse services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
Other duties as required.
