Job Title: Operations Manager – Administrative Services (NOC 10019)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise the Waterloo branch operations, improve operations efficiency, and
ensure smooth functioning of the business.
• Report directly to the company CEO regarding the Waterloo branch operations.
• Review and refine policies and procedures at Waterloo branch to establish operational controls, including implementing a performance management system and technical train-ing.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to increase sales of the branch’s education programs.
• Design and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to optimize branch performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen and elevate the company’s brand and mar-ket position.
• Collaborate with students and teachers to update and improve the company education programs.
• Negotiate and sign contracts on behalf of the Waterloo branch and build and maintain business networks with other companies.
• Supervise and manage staff responsible for records management of the branch related to student records, education programs, class schedules, office supplies, human resources and other administrative services.
• Recruit, interview, train and mentor staff and teachers at Waterloo branch.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for education programs at Waterloo branch.
• Oversee and improve the quality of education programs at Waterloo branch to meet mar-ket needs.
• Determine salaries for employees and teachers at Waterloo branch.
• Create budget forecasts and allocate expenditures for customer service, office supplies and marketing at Waterloo branch.

Terms of Employment:
Terms of employment: Permanent Full-time Position
Salary: $45.50 per hour for 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Work hours: Day, Evening and Night
Night shifts are frequently required due to working with overseas business partners
Language of Work: English

Skills requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
• Work Experience: More than one year of managerial experience in the Canadian educational industry.
• Ability to supervise more than 16-20 staff in various area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook, LMS (Learning Management System), ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning), Lark, Chuangketie, Google Sheet, MikeCRM, WeChat, Zoom.
• Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English
