Salary: $15/hr, 30 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
-Peel, chop, cut and slice food items including meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruits and other food items using manual and electric appliances.
-Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, cutting boards and work tables; sweep and mop the kitchen areas; keep a sanitized, safe and orderly environment in the kitchen.
-Handle inventory with care and attention to detail; unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and other storage areas.
-Sort and place materials or items, store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
-Put utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
-Take out the trash, clean up spills and broken dishes, etc.
Employment Requirements:
Education:
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education is required.
Experience:
-No previous experience required, will train and develop. On-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
-Can work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
-Organized and clean working habits.
-Positive attitude and work ethics.
-Adaptability to repetitive tasks.
-Work overtime when required.
-Attention to detail.
