Job duties:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Recruit and hire staff
• Supervise staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Establish work schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry is required
• Must have strong leadership and management skills
