Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff and train staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Plan work schedules and procedures
• Schedule and receive deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity
• Ensure that the food and service meet the standard quality and control standards
Job Requirement:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Min. 2-3 years of work experience in food service supervisor required.
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $19.00 ~ $21.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
