Job Description:
Our chain consists of 3 Bell mobility dealership locations in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo. We require one permanent & full-time “Operations manager - trade, broadcasting and other services” to join operations immediately. Job Duties:
• Effectively manage human, financial & material resources in accordance with business policies and procedures.
• Establish business objectives and create and approve policies and programs as per business needs.
• Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs; create and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning for the business.
• Hire department heads such as supervisors and other management staff.
• Coordinate the work of different departments of all branches.
• Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations and other official functions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $40.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.
