Job Description:
• Prepare various types of sushi items including sashimi, sushi, maki, rolls
and other Japanese & Korean dishes
• Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning
• Plan and develop seasonal/special menu
• Perform monthly inventory
• Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
• Hire, train, and supervise semi-skilled cooks and other kitchen staff
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required
- Min. 1 - 2 years of commercial cooking experience required
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 17.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
