**Job description**
- Schedule appointments for patients, answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Create, organize, and update medical reports.
- Greeting patients, check in for appointments and complete pre-screening questionnaires.
- Process payment, prepare receipts and invoices, and keep track of patients on a payment plan.
- Prepare insurance claims form, and submit claims to insurance companies.
- Provide daily administrative support to dentist, dental hygienists, and clinic manager.
- Check inventory and office supplies, and order inventory when needed.
- Maybe on-call for after-hour appointments, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
