Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20/hr, 30 hours/week
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for meeting the sales target of Ace WetClean through effective planning and budgeting, promoting non-toxic dry cleaning & wet cleaning and biodegradable laundry to the community.
-Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with our laundry management; plan strategies, techniques and promotions necessary to achieve sales targets.
-Develop and maintain relationship with customers, provide valued consulting services for clients.
-Map potential customers, generate leads and new opportunities for Ace WetClean, mobilize new contracts.
-Collect customer feedback, resolve problems, provide ongoing support, and provide improvement suggestion.
-Maintain necessary data and records for future reference, explore and report on new business opportunities.
-Responsible for fulfilling contract orders when needed, including but not limited to pick up, delivery, and laundry tasks.
Employment Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
-Completion of a college or other program is preferred.
Experience:
-At least one year of work experience in sales or related occupations is required.
Skills:
-Excellent sales abilities with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
-A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
-Ability to providing excellent customer service.
-Outstanding communication skills.
-Time-management skills.
-Good planner.
