Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English or French is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required;
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an asset.

Job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
- Train kitchen staff and servers in sanitation and safety procedures;
- Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of Kinton Ramen;
- Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
- Train staff in job duties;
- Ensure food orders are properly handled by servers and kitchen staff;
- Report operational issues to the company's management office when required;
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the company's management office on a regular basis;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for supplies and beverages;
- Order supplies and beverages, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
- Recruit, interview, and hire food service staff.
