We are now looking for a professional Cleaning supervisor to join our team.
JOB Duties:
-Maintain open communication with the Manager;
-Assist cleaners in performing duties to handle customer requests/complaints;
-Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services;
-Provide reports on-site visits/inspections;
-Meet with the cleaning team at customer locations;
-Follow the checklist providing thorough cleaning throughout the place;
-Train new hires, and provide feedback on the team’s performance;
-Maintain and secure storage areas and cleaning equipment:
-Ensuring the safety of staff and the public;
-Efficiently manage inventory;
REQUIREMENTS:
-Completion of high school;
-Friendly and customer-service oriented;
-+1 year of experience working in similar roles;
-Flexible hours including weekends;
-Physical demanding;
-Meticulous attention to detail;
