Both of our clinics are located at prime locations of Richmond Central and Surrey Central. At GMHC, we provide full support to our practitioners so they can focus on each patient's specific health needs and desired health outcomes.

Currently the company is recruiting a Vice President to join our team. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, medical professionals, administrative staff, and external partners, to drive excellence in healthcare delivery, patient experience, strategic growth, financial performance, and community impact.


Job Duties: 
1.Develop and implement strategic plans and policies that align with the health center's mission, vision, and long-term goals. Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation, improve patient care, and enhance the overall organizational performance.
2.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in compliance with regulatory standards. Optimize operational efficiency, resource utilization, and workflow processes to enhance patient experience and staff productivity.
3.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including medical staff, administrative teams, and department heads, to foster a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
4.Manage financial aspects of health center operations, including budget development and approval, monitoring, and financial decision-making. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high-quality care standards.
5.Work with the marketing team to conduct and review market research to understand the preferences, needs, and behaviors of the target audience. Approve promotional campaigns and ensure all promotional materials meet regulatory regulations.
6.Represent the health center in interacting with the community, building relationships and promoting community health initiatives. Participate in community outreach programs to address healthcare needs and enhance the center’s visibility.
7.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to enhance services and resources.
8.Stay abreast of changes in healthcare policies and regulations, adjusting organizational practices accordingly.
9.Consult with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and challenges. Provide formal approval for personnel planning, including hiring, promotions, and organizational restructuring.


Qualifications:
1.A college diploma or above in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
2.Proven 3+ years of experience in a middle manager role in a related industry or corporate setting.
3.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, organizational management, and financial oversight.
4.Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
5.Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
