Job Duties:
• Oversee the activities of workers in the food packaging division.
• Create work schedules for the packaging workers and ensure maximum efficiency.
• Streamline the operations in the food packaging division by coordinating the tasks with other company departments.
• Assist in hiring new employees and train them in various company procedures.
• Ordering supplies as required.
• Ensure that the finished packaged products meet all quality and safety standards.
• Resolve any problems that may arise.
• Prepare various production reports for senior management regularly.
Additional Requirements:
• Education – High School
• Previous supervisory experience will be an asset. On-The-Job training will be provided
• Language Requirements - English
