Job description
Job title: Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202)
Full-time permanent.
Work hours: Tuesday-Friday, 35 hours/week
Wage: $28.50/hour
Work Location: 14 Prince William Dr, Placentia, Newfoundland and Labrador, A0B 2Y0
Language: English
Vacation: Employees are entitled to either two weeks of paid vacation per year or compensation equivalent to 4% of their gross salary.
Job responsibility
1. Find the marketing gap of our restaurant.
2. Plan our in-store marketing activities, such as stamp collection and membership.
3. Design and create the materials used in marketing activities.
4. Evaluate and continuously improve our marketing activities.
5. Write posts on our social media.
6. Respond to the customers’ feedback on online platforms, such as google review and Facebook.
7. Assess all our marketing activities continuously.
8. Recommend our customers to enjoy the sales promotion.
Employment requirements
1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. A college diploma in marketing or a related field is an asset.
3. Working experience as a marketing specialist or similar role is an asset.
4. Experienced in computers like MS office and Canva is an asset.
5. Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
6. We work and speak in English, and being fluent in a second language will be an asset.
