Job Description:
Delta Accounting Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial activities within the company. The CFO will be responsible for managing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the company's financial health and stability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent financial acumen, and a proven track record of strategic financial management.
Key responsibilities:
.Directing, Planning, Organizing and Managing the entire activities and operations of the International .Finance Department, including: (Accounting, Budget and Financial Reporting, Investments and Accrual .Management, Risk Management and Information TechnologySupport).
. Oversee the Overall Budgeting and Finances of the Department, including all banking matters, taxation matters, Corporate Financial matters
• Development of Business Expansion into International Market: Offshore Financial and accounting Services
• Responsible for Business Development –
• Establish International Business Relations
• Establish Business Networks in the International Market
• Negotiate Corporate Contracts
• Conduct meetings and liaise with Government Officials, Corporate Executives and SeniorBusiness Clients
• Deal with International Business Clients daily.
• Develop & Implement Department Procedures & Rules
• Monitor Daily Business Activities
• Analysis of Markets
• Monthly and quarterly analysis of achievements and redesigning of business strategies to achieve the desired goals.
• Plan and implement design strategies for continual improvement in operational efficiency
