Duties:
• Communicate with computer and app users facing difficulties to diagnose, resolve, and document the issues encountered by referencing guides, manuals, and other archives.
• Provide proper systems, network, and internet support to users.
• Collect information and maintain problems & solutions logs for internal data tracking.
• Record daily communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
• Participate in the software and application redesign process to enhance functionality and usability.
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
• Set up equipment for employee use, perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Language: English
Education: College diploma in computer science, computer programming or network administration.
Experience: 2 years of experience is required.
